To classify yourself as a chauffeur as far as our insurance products are concerned, you should: 

• Dress smartly
• Not take cash from customers (work should be on a pre-booked account basis)
• Not have a 2 way radio or other comnmunication equipment linked to a taxi office fitted to your vehicle
• Drive an executive type vehicle such as Mercedes E Class or similar
